How does the free trial work?

You can try for free our Basic plan, which includes our discovery tool and conversation designer, chatbot builder, sentiment analysis, and apps and integrations. Once you sign up for a trial, you’ll have 30 days to use Plantt free of charge.

What does the Starter package include?

Plantt’s Starter package includes our free discovery tool, which analyzes your customers’ communication, identifies common topics, queries, questions, and bottlenecks, and points out which conversations can be solved through automation tools. It’s the first step towards optimizing your customers’ experience while allowing your team to focus on critical and time-sensitive issues.

What’s the difference between the Basic, Growth, and Enterprise plans?

According to your business needs, each plan comes with a different number of supported active users and automation. The Growth plan includes multi-language conversation support and the ability to connect to premium channels (WhatsApp, Zendesk, etc.). The Enterprise plan also offers voice analysis, custom integrations, and access to developer tools. What’s an Active User?

An Active User is a user who received or sent one or more messages in the past 30 days. If the same user has sent several messages, it will still count as a single active user.

What level of support is included in my plan?

We provide the same level of support across all of our plans. Our goal is to help you grow and optimize your business, and we’re here to help.

How many team members can access Plantt’s dashboard?

Plantt is made for teams. Once you’ve signed up and connected your CRM, you’ll be able to invite your teammates to join and collaborate with you.

Why do you charge extra for premium channels?

Some channels, such as WhatsApp, Apple Business Chat, and Zendesk, require additional fees to access their API. The Growth package includes the necessary fees to connect to those channels and more.

What payments methods do you offer?

Users who choose Plantt’s monthly plan pay at the beginning of each month. The payment must be paid by a valid credit card. Yearly based subscriptions are paid upfront and can be paid with either a valid credit card or an invoice.

What currency can I pay in?

At this time, Plantt receives payments in US Dollars.
