You can use a Yes/No component when you want to collect a simple yes or no answer from your customer.
Since Plantt is a conversational platform, it will be able to recognise a range of responses that are far more complicated than a “yes” or “no”. For example, unlike regular bots, Plantt will also understand input like “sure”, “of course”, or “would love to” - as yes, and “nope”, or “maybe next time” - as no.
Similarly to any other component, to add the Yes/No component, simply drag it from the Components Panel into your canvas and send a message in order to collect your users answer.
We can later use the customer’s input in other components by using the binding options.
