The answer component lets you send a message to your customers without expecting a reply - just like at the end of a conversation.
The answer component used to provide a resolution or to conclude the dialog. For example, if the user asks “How much does a haircut cost?” you can provide a simple answer, like: “Haircut costs $35”
To add an answer component, just drag and drop the component into your canvas. Notice that the component is colored code as green so you can easily distinguish it from other components on your canvas.
If you want to edit the content of your answer component, simply click inside the component’s message box or select edit in its settings. Your messages can include all kinds of different media, including text, images, videos, gifs and more.
